History of the Organization

The President and proprietor has been in the business of purchasing distressed homes and rehabilitating them for resale for over 29 years. In 1996 Mr. Beyer founded OEB Inc, and in 1998 launched Otto E Beyer Enterprises, Inc. These two organizations currently undertake projects in Marion, Lake, Seminole, Polk, Orange and Citrus counties and hold several million dollars of inventory on their books.

Mr. Beyer is well known and well respected in Central Florida and has his sights on helping families to “Make their dreams come true”! As a man of faith and integrity he has a vision to help young families to get a “leg up in life” and is aware of the many who because of their situation have given up owning their own home. Otto Beyer wants them to have the same opportunity he has made available to thousands of families over the past 29 years.
